Emphasize Big, Multi-Joint Compound Movements For years I did a lot of isolation exercises; Curls, Tricep extensions, Leg extensions, etc etc etc… I also did a couple compound movements like squat and bench, but I never really focused on compound multi-joint movements. I think it needs to be calculated based on wenxlers last cycle effort on the 3rd week of that cycle. Is each lift supposed to have its own day dedicated to it? Yep, this spreadsheet is the best. Poteto did an awesome job. Other routines I really like were the Texas Method and Smolov. I think there is an issue with the calculation. If anyone succeeded, please let me know how. A great guide to start the program! I don't play football, so I'm not going to buy it. You still need to design your accessory exercises Feel free to leave any constructive criticism I used Excelif you have a different version i cannot guarantee it will be complete, although it may be fine.

The weendlers thing that doesn't explicitly get explained is "Boring But Big," but it doesn't take a computer engineer to figure this out by simply clicking on the check box in my calculator. Its set up so each week is its own column and has a second sheet to keep track of rep records.
